I'm Going for the Gold!

I figure I need some incentive and motivation to crochet, so I signed up for the Crochet Olympics. Woo-hoo! th_cro_olympics.gif I have 3 or so new books from Patricia Kristoffersen and I'll pick one of her doily designs. There are so many that look challenging...but being that I have six days, I will have to pick one not too insane I just realized I'll have 16 days so I may go ahead and pick a real wicked one!

My sport to watch is all of the figure skating. I have no idea who comprises the men's team, but have learned that the petrified (meaning she is old)Michelle Kwan is still trying to get a gold medal. (No, I don't think she is that talented—after two tries, give it up already!) I am incredibly fond of ice dancing. I blame this on Torvill and Dean.
