1. How old do you wish you were?
I'd like to be about 2,000 years old, but with a really good, youthful body.

2. Where were you when 9/11 happened?
I was at our home in Pennsylvania on the computer. Pooky called me to turn on the news.

3. What do you do when vending machines steal your money?
I try to figure out how to get my money back.

4. Do you consider yourself kind?
Yes, I do. But don't piss me off. I can be a real Medusa!

5. If you had to get a tattoo, where and what would it be?
I already have one. I'd like to get another if I ever have the money for it.

6. If you could be fluent in any other language, what would it be?
I'd go with either cat or Gaelic. I'd like to know what Mr. Doo is saying to me when he howls.

7. Do you know your neighbors?
My husband is more in the know about the ones who live across the street from us. They are the only ones we know in the neighborhood.

8. What do you consider a vacation?
Travelling for many grueling hours and staying overnight for more than one day.

9. Do you follow your horoscope?
No, but I have consulted a psychic and Tarot reader on occasion.

10. Would you move for the person you loved?
Of course.

11. Are you touchy feely?
I will accept hugs and I will give them only if I think the person is comfortable with accepting one. I have my moods where I like to be petted and held, but then I have my lizard moments where I don't want to be touched.

12. Do you believe that opposites attract?
I think that they do. I also think that like attracts like. There is a balance to the two types of attraction.

Feline maintenance worker

History, Discovery, Food Network, PBS

15. Favorite place to go on a weekend?
I'd rather go during the week when there aren't any crowds

16. Showers or bath?
Ever since having Ian-Sophia, I prefer to shower. Taking a bath doesn't feel "safe" just yet, and then there are the 5 curious cats to deal with.

17. Do you paint your nails?
Maybe once a year.

18. Do you trust people easily?
Part of my FOO work is to be more open and trusting of others. I think I have grown in this area, but still think I have more improvement.

19. What are your phobias?
Saying the wrong, anti-therapeutic thing to a client.

20. Do you want kids?
Not really. I am open to adopting an older child.

21. Do you keep a handwritten journal?
I have scads of blank books and journals. Some I have used...but mostly I just collect them.

22. Where would you rather be right now?
On the couch crocheting a doily.

23. What makes you feel warm and safe?
Being at home with the heat on.

24. Heavy or light sleep?
It depends on my level of tiredness.

25. Are you paranoid?
Generally not.

26. Are you impatient?
I have been known to be impatient, but mostly I think I have a lot of patience.

27. Who can you relate to?
My hope is that eventually I will be able to relate to everybody, but for now I seem to best relate to cats.

28. How do you feel about interracial or same sex couples?
I think society should have very little to say about it, especially religions. Love is one of the universal spiritual truths. The real sin is attempting to restrict and define what is acceptable love.

29. Have you been burned by love?
Disappointed, but not burned.

30. What’s your life motto?
I don't have a specific one, but I have ideals that I try to uphold. I try to treat others as I would like to be treated. I value honesty and truthfulness. Compassion, love, and understanding are qualities in which I attempt to give to others.

I've been lucky not to have severe accidents.

I think Smee does. He often looks at me with heavy eyes and he will purr and then he will start to lean and fall over. It's like he is drunk with affection. He's my Ecru Wonder!
