I've been so in awe of the kitty doily that I forgot about everything else in the goodies package sent to me by my Secret Pal. She included a book I know I'll enjoy reading about cats and their miracle stories. The cat calendar will be used and most likely left on my wall for many years past 2007. The yarn and cotton yarn are a lovely purple color (my crappy lighting doesn't show it, but they are deliciously purple!). Sweetening the package is a ton of candy--the Swedish fish and Sour Patch kids and black licorice will sate my sweet tooth when it strikes (which is often). Some autumn theme note pads were included, too!
My Secret Pal says that she's working on something for my 5 beasties and that her daughter is in on the surprise! I'm sure my kitties will be thrilled with getting a little something since they do seem a little disappointed when I open a SP package and I get everything inside of it LOL!
