So What Was It?

Is that a clam in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

The above is a photo of the neck of a geoduck, a very large clam native to Washington state, British Columbia, and southern Alaska. The word is pronounced "gooey duck" which is derived from a Native American name for the clam. Personally, I think the clam would be more appropriately named "penis clam", but that is just me. I put together a slide show of the photos I took at a geoduck party Pooky and I recently attended.
